Team Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager you will act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client receives the promise of exceptional service. You will lead a team of 6‑9 sales associates, inspiring them to deliver top‑level client experiences and product expertise while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of client experience through storytelling and memorable moments.
• Set ambitious sales targets and implement strategies to exceed them.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑motivated team, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, events, and market trends.
• Build and grow a personal client portfolio and oversee efficient sales‑floor management.
• Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton brand values as a cultural ambassador.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury retail, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with a client‑centric, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership and passion for fashion.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
