Technical Project Manager / Construction Manager (Office Fit-Outs)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Technical Project Manager / Construction Manager (Principal Delivery) in Hong Kong. The role blends technical construction expertise with leadership, coordination and client management to deliver high-quality office fit-out projects efficiently and in compliance with regulations. It involves both on-site presence and close coordination with off-site stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit-out projects from concept to handover, developing project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction phases in line with client requirements
• Oversee site mobilization, daily construction activities and quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulations (HSSE) and statutory codes
• Manage multiple trade contractors, suppliers and vendors, prepare tender documents, procurement plans and weekly progress reports
• Interpret architectural, M&E and fit-out drawings, identify discrepancies and buildability issues
• Act as the primary on-site contact for landlords, building management, contractors, tenants and end-users, and keep executives, clients and project teams aligned
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, resolve site issues and recommend program adjustments

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 10 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs; MNC exposure preferred
• Experience leading fit-out projects and managing contractors and vendors
