About the role
The Uniform Attendant supports the daily operations of the Uniform, Linen and Laundry sections at a leading hotel. The role focuses on delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests and staff, ensuring that all uniform and linen needs are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of uniform, linen and laundry workflows.
- Collect, sort, and distribute clean uniforms and linens to hotel departments.
- Operate and monitor laundry machines to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform basic tailoring tasks such as minor repairs and adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the uniform and laundry areas.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant experience in uniform or laundry services is an advantage.
- Must have hands‑on experience with tailoring and laundry machine operation.
