Uniform & Linen Attendant

About the role

The Uniform & Linen Attendant supports daily operations of the Uniform & Linen Room at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West. You will manage the flow of clean and soiled garments, ensure accurate records, and provide prompt service to hotel guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process all linen and uniform transactions, including counting, sorting, receiving, storing and distributing items to designated departments and employees.
• Maintain accurate administrative records such as employee uniform codes and personnel assignment files.
• Verify delivery accuracy against laundry records, report discrepancies and record daily transactions in the appropriate logs.
• Assist with regular stock takes, physical inventory audits and quality checks, repairing damaged garments as needed.
• Provide guest garment repair, mending and alteration services in a professional manner.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, perform routine care of laundry equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation requirements when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
• Support sustainable textile management by repurposing retired linen where appropriate.
• Cover shifts, work rotating schedules including weekends, public holidays and standby during emergencies.

Required profile

• Primary education; vocational training is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a uniform or linen handling role.
• Previous sewing and mending experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit, neat, tidy and service‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high integrity.
