Workplace Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Specialist to ensure our office environments run smoothly and support a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the People & Culture team to maintain high standards of facilities, manage budgets, and coordinate corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain facilities functionality, office cleanliness, and operational continuity.
• Oversee Workplace and People Experience budget in line with strategic direction.
• Standardize inventory tracking, safeguard assets, and produce operational reports.
• Partner with People & Culture to deliver employee journeys, corporate events, and executive scheduling.
• Support lease management activities and real‑estate transitions.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks related to Workplace and People Experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a multinational or large company.
• Flexible, multitasking, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter, solution‑focused, proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Team player who can also work independently.
