Chef de Partie – Japanese Restaurant (Hot Kitchen)

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience through high‑quality food and exceptional standards. This hands‑on position operates in a fast‑paced hot kitchen where teamwork, consistency and pride in craft are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the hot kitchen section.
• Support the Sous Chef with daily kitchen activities.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in taste, presentation and workflow.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Passionate about developing a career in Japanese cuisine.
