Director of Financial Planning – Asia Pacific

About the role

The Director of Financial Planning will support the VP of FP&A for PVH Asia Pacific, driving financial planning, budgeting and analysis for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial results, ensuring consistent reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities for the region.
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial guidance, translate business goals into financial targets and KPIs.
• Oversee implementation and optimisation of financial systems, working with IT and data teams to deliver dashboard insights.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses, productivity modelling and cross‑functional projects to improve operating efficiency.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a multinational consumer‑goods or fashion environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong financial acumen and ability to assess business performance drivers.
• Excellent project and time‑management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple countries and business units.
