Senior Associate, Restructuring

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate to work on restructuring, advisory and insolvency assignments across the region, supporting high‑profile engagements and gaining exposure to other specialisms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively on engagements, supporting senior team members across various projects.
• Identify and analyse issues in challenging client situations and assess business options, including formal insolvency processes.
• Act as a point of contact for clients on specific assignments, providing updates to engagement managers or leaders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across engagements.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, adhering to project scope and tight timelines.

Required profile

• Strong academic track record with focus on Accountancy, Business or Law.
• Interest in or progress toward a professional qualification such as CA, HKICPA, CPAA or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience in professional services, preferably at a Big 4 or boutique firm.
• Proven research and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and committed to high‑quality work.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent business‑level English and Cantonese or Mandarin (written and spoken).
