Senior Associate, Transaction Services

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team in Hong Kong. You will work on buy‑side and sell‑side engagements, supporting private equity and corporate clients across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to Financial Due Diligence reports for private equity and corporate clients.
• Analyse historical financial performance, perform Quality of Earnings analysis, and assess Net Working Capital trends.
• Identify debt‑like items, evaluate management forecasts, and participate in client meetings and management interviews.
• Support day‑to‑day execution of due diligence engagements and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or a Big 4 audit/ advisory team.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and key accounting concepts.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
