Executive Office Technology Specialist – Vice President (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Executive Office Technology team provides a high‑touch, white‑glove technology experience for senior leadership. As an Executive Office Technology Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to executive leaders, their management committees and administrative teams, ensuring seamless access to the tools and platforms they rely on daily.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove technology support across desktop, mobile, collaboration, conferencing, telephony and productivity platforms for executive users.
• Own incidents from initial engagement through resolution, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to design, test and deploy solutions that improve executive workflows.
• Support boardroom technology, video‑conferencing and high‑profile events, both onsite and remotely.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot workplace and remote‑work technology, ensuring executives can work effectively from any location.
• Rapidly respond to critical incidents, coordinate escalations and provide clear status updates.
