About the role
The Food & Beverage Assistant for Terrace Boulud works within the Food & Beverage Service Division of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver high‑quality, courteous service to guests in a dynamic, upscale dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure all service stations are ready for service.
- Deliver a delighted dining experience, creating special moments for guests.
- Make menu recommendations with strong product knowledge.
- Greet and attend to guests in a professional, courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant area.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the department head.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in hotel food & beverage operations, preferably in a pre‑opening environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, respect, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and act responsibly.
