Lead Business Consultant – Technology Solutions

About the role

SimCorp is looking for a Lead Business Consultant to join its Technology Solutions team in the APAC region. You will drive implementation and onboarding projects for our SaaS platform, working closely with investment professionals and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end implementation and client onboarding projects, from design through delivery.
• Design and build ETL processes to support client data integration and analytics delivery.
• Support the analytics integration strategy for SimcorpOne by implementing defined functionality.
• Participate in solution‑design engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to help clients achieve better outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and pre‑sales teams to validate delivery timelines and identify functional gaps.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance).
• 3‑5 years of experience delivering SaaS solutions, preferably in financial services.
• Solid technical background combined with working knowledge of finance.
• Detail‑oriented professional with proven delivery credentials.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
