Maintenance Officer – Property (Residential)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to lead the day‑to‑day upkeep of residential properties managed by MTR Corporation. The role involves supervising a multidisciplinary team of tradesmen, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring safety and service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of tradesmen for in‑house and outsourced maintenance and repair works on building fabrics and services.
• Coordinate work schedules and commissioning with internal units to comply with corporate safety requirements.
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and Owners’ Committee to resolve technical enquiries and issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in an engineering discipline, preferably Building Services.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Proven experience in managing contractors and overseeing building services.
