Management Consultant – Insurance (Manager/Consultant)

About the role

Accenture’s Industry & Enterprise practice is seeking experienced consultants to help insurance clients transform their businesses. You will partner with C‑suite leaders to design and implement large‑scale system integration, data migration and operating‑model initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leading insurance clients on high‑priority transformation agendas.
• Co‑create innovative solutions to complex business challenges and translate them into actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Define inputs for business cases, cost estimates and work closely with delivery teams to maximize client value.
• Mobilize project teams, establish delivery structures and support global and market‑level sales efforts.
• Articulate technology‑enabled business visions and identify value‑creation opportunities through detailed assessments.
• Drive strategic initiatives by integrating innovative business and technology solutions.
• Produce thought‑leadership assets that convey market‑relevant insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with insurance clients or insurers, including large‑scale system integration or data‑migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of insurance front‑office products, processes and core systems.
• Proficiency in project‑management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile Scrum).
• Experience designing end‑to‑end insurance or retirement operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Fluent written and oral English.
