Senior Account Manager (Wholesale Business)

About the role

Manage and serve assigned wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs in the local fixed connectivity and fiber infrastructure business. Proactively identify new business opportunities and strengthen account relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale market.
• Build long‑term, trustful relationships with telcos, datacenter operators and carriers.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competition and new technologies.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve pre‑sales and post‑sales issues such as pricing, project planning, compliance, billing and service delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, finance and engineering departments to ensure contract compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven results serving carriers or datacenter customers.
• Good knowledge of telecom product portfolio (connectivity, dark fiber, DIA) is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Knowledge of data connectivity, mobile, cloud and security products is an advantage.
• Excellent account servicing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and result‑oriented.
