Carrier Account Manager

About the role

The Carrier Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with international carrier customers, independently selling the company's telecom products and solutions. The role also requires staying up‑to‑date with industry policies, regulations, and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with international carrier customers while driving sales of products and solutions.
• Monitor telecommunications policies, laws and regulations, and track development trends among overseas carriers.
• Collect, analyse and summarise business intelligence on international carriers, providing insights for business development.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, creating tailored sales and marketing plans.
• Provide high‑quality after‑sales support, promptly handling complaints or escalations.
• Maintain long‑term, stable customer relationships and ensure timely collection of sales payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, Transmission or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in telecommunications or related industries.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
• Strong business acumen, market awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT networking products.
• Experience with internet products.
• Understanding of cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Software‑Defined Networking (SDN).
• Exposure to AI computing infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technologies.
