Senior Cyber Solution Architect – Consulting (Hong Kong)

About the role

As digital threats become more sophisticated, EY helps clients across Asia Pacific transform their cyber posture. The Senior Manager will lead solution design, presales and delivery of managed security services for multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Solution Lead for Cyber Managed Services (CMS) solutions across APAC.
• Provide technical presales support for cyber managed services opportunities, working with product leads, alliance managers and delivery teams.
• Design complex, multi‑year transformational solutions that integrate people, process, technology and facilities while respecting data sovereignty and regulatory mandates.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, statements of work and respond to RFIs/RFPs, articulating EY’s value proposition.
• Engage clients as a trusted advisor throughout the pre‑ and post‑sales lifecycle, delivering business cases and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop market‑driven service offerings and thought‑leadership content in collaboration with regional teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of core managed security services presales, solution design and practice development experience.
• Proven delivery of managed security services engagements exceeding $10 million.
• Consistent achievement of sales and performance targets for the past three years.
• Experience with onshore, offshore and near‑shore delivery models and tiered or pay‑per‑use commercial models.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Chinese and Cantonese are a plus.
