About the role

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to join its Hong Kong office, focusing on permanent recruitment across IT, Financial Services, Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing. You will work closely with clients to deliver end‑to‑end talent solutions and help grow the firm’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Expand professional networks and cultivate strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool and pipeline for multiple industry desks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Monitor market trends, share insights with the team, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Participate in company events, networking sessions, and community initiatives.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain business relationships.
• Curiosity, adaptability, collaborative mindset, and a growth‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ethical, resilient, and capable of effective stakeholder management.
• Native‑level Cantonese and business‑level English.
