Site Reliability Engineer - Up to $1.5m HKD Base + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Reliability Engineer to join our high‑performing infrastructure team. You will work across Linux, distributed systems and production infrastructure, partnering with software engineers to improve resilience, automate operations and solve complex technical challenges at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve highly available production infrastructure for critical trading platforms.
• Automate operational processes and eliminate manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex production, reliability and performance issues.
• Enhance monitoring, observability and overall platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver resilient applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an SRE or Production Engineering role.
• Strong Linux systems expertise.
• Proficient in Python or Go for automation and tooling.
• Experience supporting distributed systems in production.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, networking and CI/CD in an on‑prem environment.
• Deep understanding of monitoring and observability platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with an engineering‑first mindset.
