Waiter/Waitress – Terrace Boulud (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Terrace Boulud team at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service to guests in a luxury restaurant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintain smooth operation of the assigned section, coordinating with the kitchen and back‑of‑house staff.
• Monitor table turnover, clear and reset tables, and ensure a clean dining environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, aiming for high customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and upholding the brand’s reputation.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
