Finance Enterprise Partner

About the role

Roche Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner to act as a strategic finance catalyst across the patient disease journey. The role supports business squads in delivering patient‑centric outcomes, driving outcome‑based planning and ensuring rigorous P&L execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business squads to drive patient and customer‑centric ambitions, delivering short, mid and long‑term outcome‑based planning.
• Manage P&L execution, resource allocation and sustainable investment decisions, facilitating trade‑off discussions.
• Perform core financial management tasks including event‑driven planning, financial modeling and continuous improvement.
• Analyse financial statements, price developments, market dynamics and investment opportunities to inform decision‑making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to harmonise and simplify finance processes while maintaining stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with local and global expert networks, Roche Global RSS, ERP Analytics and Centres of Expertise to deliver new solutions.
• Provide governance to safeguard assets, ensure compliance and enable new business opportunities.
• Coach squad members on financial expertise and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in finance within a complex, customer‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate finance themes across functions.
