Finance Manager – Corporate Functions (Regional)

About the role

Our client, a leading consumer brand in the Asia‑Pacific region, is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with HR and corporate function leaders. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive headcount planning, personnel cost management and financial reporting across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles for headcount and personnel expenses.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to monitor workforce costs, hiring plans, vacancies and organisational changes.
• Analyse headcount movements, salary expenses, bonus provisions and employee‑related costs.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis for corporate functions.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and long‑range financial planning exercises.
• Develop and maintain headcount planning models and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy of personnel cost allocations across departments and cost centres.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams on budgeting and reporting activities.
• Assist ad‑hoc projects related to organisational changes, restructuring and business transformation.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• 5‑8 years of FP&A, Controlling, Financial Planning or Management Reporting experience.
• Prior experience supporting headcount planning, workforce cost management or SG&A budgeting.
• Experience partnering with HR and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Fluent English and Chinese.
