Cloud Solution Architect - Power Platform

About the role

Beyondsoft, a mid-sized business IT and consulting company with offices across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect Power Platform in Hong Kong. This hybrid role leads Power Platform delivery for mission-critical customers, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability and secure operations across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, scalability, reliability and high availability for mission-critical workloads.
• Design and optimize Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps and advanced Power Automate workflows.
• Architect Dataverse data models, security roles, access controls and integrations with Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Implement Power Platform governance, environment strategies, DLP policies, ALM, deployment pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management and operational readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and stakeholders, and integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365 where required.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Proven, hands-on Power Platform delivery experience at L400 level.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise or mission-critical customer engagements.
• Ability to build trust, influence outcomes and navigate complex customer and partner environments.
• Fluent English; Chinese and/or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
• Openness to continuous learning and evolving platform capabilities.

Required skills

• Power Apps: Canvas and Model-driven apps, complex business logic, performance optimization.
• Power Automate: advanced cloud flows, integration patterns, error handling and resiliency.
• Dataverse: data modeling, security architecture, role-based access control.
• Power Platform governance, DLP policies, ALM, deployment pipelines and DevOps.
• Nice to have: Dynamics 365 experience and Power Platform integration with D365.
