职位概况
负责停车场系统及设备的现场安装、维修和维护，确保符合公司流程和质量标准。
主要职责
- 现场提供停车场系统的安装、调试、改进和组装工作。
- 识别并推动改进措施，提升服务质量、缩短周转时间并优化成本。
- 协调工作分配，跟进关键技术和流程问题的解决。
- 订购、记录并维护服务备件，确保车辆整洁并采取纠正措施。
- 定期记录备件使用、消耗和库存情况，收集并提交维护、维修等数据。
- 维护与供应商和客户的良好关系，响应客户查询并协同相关部门解决问题。
任职要求
- 持有有效驾驶执照。
- 具备2年以上维护服务工作经验者优先。
- 有停车场系统或其他计算机系统的支持或故障排除经验者优先。
- 了解PC硬件及软件应用。
- 工程类（电子、电气、机械、生物工程）或相关专业的证书/文凭。
