职位概况

负责青山发电厂内辅助发电机械及煤场的日常操作，确保电力供应安全稳定，遵守安全环保规定。

主要职责

管理并监督前线人员的日常运作。
执行机组日常运行、异常判断及紧急处理。
支援轮值工程师进行安全隔离及机组监控。
提供机电设备维修培训，管理轮班初级操作员。
执行上级指派的其他任务，需轮值三更并可能加班。

任职要求

中三或以上学历，且具备至少七年相关经验，其中包括督导经验者佳。
持有认可的机械工程技工证书或同等培训。
具备安全意识，遵守公司纪律及安全程序。
良好的领导力、团队合作及沟通能力。

机电设备维修技巧（快速解决方案）
重型起卸机操作
