Full‑Time Sales Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the friendly face of COS, greeting customers and delivering high‑level service throughout the store. You will guide shoppers through the brand experience, from the moment they enter the shop floor to the checkout, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate conversations and provide personalized assistance on the shop floor.
• Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the store.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock as needed.
• Merchandise the latest garments and accessories on the shop floor.
• Maintain a tidy and attractive presentation of the store.
• Support the team in creating memorable customer experiences.

• Adaptable and flexible, able to handle changing priorities and schedules.

Required skills

• Understanding of store operations and customer service from retail experience.
• Confidence in advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing.
