Head of Commercial – Tourism Destination

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial to drive revenue growth and brand visibility for one of Hong Kong's most established tourism and lifestyle destinations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape commercial strategy, secure high‑value partnerships and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver sustainable revenue and enhance brand presence.
• Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorships, advertising partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Lead integrated brand and marketing campaigns across PR, tourism, education, events and digital channels.
• Create innovative visitor experiences, themed events, corporate functions and educational initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with travel platforms, OTAs, schools, NGOs and community organisations.
• Manage a team of approximately 14 professionals across marketing, partnerships, operations, tourism, PR and education.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial development, partnerships, branding, sponsorship, tourism or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of generating new revenue streams and securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with extensive contract negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale events or destination marketing initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn market opportunities into profitable ventures.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
