VP, Head of Partnerships

About the role

Lead Hex Trust’s global strategic partnership agenda, driving long‑term value creation across Web3, traditional finance and emerging blockchain ecosystems. You will own senior‑level relationships and work closely with product, sales and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global partnership roadmap, focusing on ecosystem growth.
• Source, evaluate and secure high‑impact partnerships across Web3, TradFi and technology providers.
• Cultivate senior relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, legal and compliance to align partnerships with business objectives.
• Co‑create go‑to‑market strategies for new services and joint ventures.
• Monitor trends in digital asset infrastructure and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development or business development, with at least 3 years in digital assets or fintech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, custody and regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record of managing high‑level partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep network across financial institutions, technology providers, blockchain protocols or regulators is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in a strategic market (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, EU, UAE) and travel as needed.
