Account Manager – Growth & Upsell (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to accelerate Flexii’s growth in Hong Kong. You will own a portfolio of existing clients, deepen relationships, uncover hidden needs and drive upsell and expansion of our on‑demand work‑matching platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, increasing GMV and revenue through upsell, new locations, job types and seasonal peaks.
• Identify and propose solutions that address undiscovered client pain points, building data‑driven business cases.
• Spend time on‑site with clients, conduct regular check‑ins, reviews and post‑mortems to improve performance and prevent churn.
• Maintain an internal pipeline for expansion, manage renewals and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Operations and Marketing to enhance the customer experience and feed market insights.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales or similar roles within a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of upselling and expanding revenue (GMV, usage growth, retention).
• Strong discovery and solution‑selling abilities, capable of translating operational insights into clear proposals.
• Willingness to work on‑site and engage with frontline managers.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Cantonese.
• Alignment with Flexii’s mission to unlock opportunities.
