Account Manager, Retail, LCS (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

About the role

Google’s advertising solutions help businesses of all sizes grow in a fast‑changing market. As an Account Manager in the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, you will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with sophisticated retail partners across the region.
• Identify client business needs and translate them into tailored Google Ads strategies.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
• Manage complex workflows, prioritize multiple projects, and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or digital marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Required skills

• Google Ads platform knowledge.
• Proficiency with data analysis and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
