Administration Assistant (Nursing Administration)

About the role

The Administration Assistant will support the Nursing Administration department of a hospital by handling patient enquiries, coordinating community health initiatives, and managing social media communications. This role blends administrative duties with marketing and outreach activities to promote healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external organisations to explore and expand strategic hospital development projects.
• Respond to patient enquiries on social media platforms, providing clear information about medical services and healthcare packages.
• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating community health promotion events, activities, and health talks.
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, including copywriting, basic graphic design, short videos, and promotional leaflets or posters.
• Track and analyse participation data and performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to optimise initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate social media marketing metrics, suggesting improvements to campaigns.
• Provide general administrative support to the Nursing Administration department.

Required profile

• HKDSE / Form 5 or above; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or marketing.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Analytical mindset, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Video editing capability.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
