AI Architect – Productivity & Governance

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Architect who will lead the design and implementation of an enterprise‑wide AI productivity and governance framework. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge business and technology teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value and are adopted across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute the AI productivity and transformation roadmap.
• Establish enterprise standards for evaluating AI‑generated outputs, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Design scalable AI acceptance and governance frameworks, including automated acceptance platforms with stress testing, chaos engineering, A/B testing, and model‑drift detection.
• Define productivity KPIs, quality standards, and business acceptance criteria for AI projects.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to track AI adoption, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Exercise “One‑Vote Veto” authority to approve AI products for mass production and produce AI Productivity Acceptance White Papers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, enterprise architecture, software engineering, digital transformation or technology leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale AI initiatives.
