AI Engineer – Financial Services

About the role

Capco is seeking an AI Engineer to join its Hong Kong team and help transform financial services with cutting‑edge AI solutions. You will work on multi‑agent workflows, model training, and deployment to deliver intelligent, compliant applications for banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build multi‑agent workflows that optimise business processes within financial services.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based pipelines for data processing, model training and deployment.
• Train, fine‑tune and optimise neural network models, including large language models, for use cases such as risk assessment and customer query resolution.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to turn requirements into production‑ready AI applications.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with banking regulations, data‑privacy standards and ethical AI practices.
• Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues and implement updates as needed.

Required profile

• 3–12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on software development and deployment.
• Hands‑on experience training and fine‑tuning neural network models and delivering production‑grade applications.
• Proven expertise with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or ADK.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) for model deployment and data management.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and following agile and CI/CD practices.
