Air Export Operations Executive

About the role

The Air Export Operations Executive supports daily air freight activities, ensuring smooth communication with airlines, co‑loaders and internal teams. This role is pivotal for managing bookings, cargo space confirmation, and consolidation to maximise shipment efficiency across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily operational enquiries and correspondence related to air export.
• Assist the supervisor in arranging airline and co‑loader bookings and confirming cargo space on flights.
• Support cargo consolidation planning to optimise load equalisation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to verify shipment requirements and documentation.

Required profile

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or higher.
• 3‑4 years of experience in an air‑freight forwarding environment.
• Familiarity with Middle East, Africa, Europe and USA markets.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime, under pressure, and on shift or overnight schedules.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Cargowise One (CW1) – a plus.
