Assistant Business Analyst (Data Analyst)

About the role

This position supports the sales operations team by tracking performance, streamlining commission payment processes, and delivering data‑driven insights to management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to automate workflows and improve the accuracy of sales performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales performance and streamline commission payment administration.
• Manipulate data and prepare performance and commission analysis for management review.
• Maintain system parameters for performance counting and commission calculation.
• Respond to staff enquiries regarding sales performance and commissions.
• Assist in developing and automating internal processes and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal parties to drive continuous improvement in performance tracking and commission administration.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also considered).
• Detail‑oriented with proven ability in data manipulation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as a cooperative team player.
