Assistant Training Manager / Senior Trainer – Luxury Jewellery

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programmes for front‑line staff of a luxury jewellery brand. The role will shape training strategy, ensure high‑quality learning materials and support the brand’s growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design strategic training programmes for retail teams.
• Develop, translate and maintain training tools and materials for each market.
• Lead and deliver training sessions for all front‑line staff.
• Align training requirements with headquarters and global standards.
• Control and monitor the training budget.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Professional gemological certification (e.g., GIA Graduate Gemologist) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
