Assistant Vice President - Corporate Team

About the role

Marsh is seeking an experienced professional to join its Corporate Team in Hong Kong. You will lead personal accounts, develop client‑focused documentation, and support business growth through research and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals, monitor progress and ensure service exceeds client expectations while protecting the firm from errors and omissions.
• Draft comprehensive project documents such as white papers, quantitative financial analyses and presentations to generate sales opportunities.
• Research market trends and growth areas, conduct data analysis for proposals and presentations.
• Address escalated client issues, manage expectations and mitigate relationship risks.
• Provide technical and transactional support for high‑priority relationships and develop strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; ACII or ANZIIF qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in broking or general insurance.
• Ambitious, solution‑focused with strong client and underwriter relationship management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (English and Chinese).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for creating presentations.
