Client Manager / AVP – FINPRO

About the role

Marsh is looking for a talented Client Manager/AVP to join its FINPRO team in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, deliver insurance solutions and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewal and new business development.
• Understand clients’ risk exposure and use Marsh’s client‑servicing model to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with other business units to provide comprehensive, holistic solutions.
• Interact regularly with clients, answer coverage questions, adjust programs and resolve account issues.
• Responsible for account profitability, budgeting and receivables.
• Implement Marsh professional standards and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, legal, commerce or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Ambitious, solution‑focused with strong client‑relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
