Associate Director, Data & Analytics – HK Retirement

About the role

The Associate Director, Data & Analytics will lead end‑to‑end delivery of data solutions for HK Retirement, turning enterprise data into actionable insights that drive member engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise scalable data assets such as data marts, pipelines and models while ensuring quality, governance and usability.
• Integrate data across enterprise functions to enable holistic member analytics and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into measurable analytics use cases and deliver advanced insights (segmentation, propensity, engagement drivers).
• Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, KPIs and promote data‑driven decision making.
• Create storytelling materials to communicate insights to senior leaders.
• Lead and coach junior team members, fostering capability uplift and delivery excellence.
• Support data platform migration initiatives and ad‑hoc analysis with rapid turnaround.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence and data visualisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Understanding of data governance and quality principles.
• Experience in MPF, insurance or customer analytics is a plus.
