Associate Director, Technology – Hong Kong & Singapore

About the role

Invesco is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee its technology operations across Hong Kong and Singapore. You will act as the bridge between local business units, regional leadership, and global functional teams, ensuring technology services align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with local business partners.
• Facilitate active dialogue between technology and business stakeholders on strategy, execution, and expectations.
• Lead the local technology team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Align local requirements with global technology standards and policies.
• Champion AI, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and other emerging solutions in delivery projects.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure cyber‑security and business continuity.
• Manage regulatory interactions, DDQs, and RFP responses.
• Mentor and grow a diverse talent pool, fostering agile delivery and strong communication.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology within a global financial services firm.
• Proven track record in change and transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling regulatory and compliance engagements.
