About the role

Join VISASQ/COLEMAN’s Global Fulfillment Team in Hong Kong as an Associate, connecting industry experts with clients and supporting primary research projects. You will receive comprehensive training to work independently and develop a career in the expert network industry.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and vet new experts for the network, matching them to specific project needs.
• Conduct industry research, qualify experts, and present suitable candidates to clients.
• Manage client communications, prioritize projects, and coordinate meetings between experts and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain the integrity of engagements.
• Handle project timelines, deliverables, and negotiate optimal outcomes for expert engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Japanese.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing client needs.

• Fluency in English and Japanese.
