Business Development Executive (Sinhala/Tamil) – Relocate to Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Business Development Executive who speaks Sinhala and/or Tamil to join our Direct Sales Team and help expand Odoo’s presence in the Sri Lankan market. The role is based in Hong Kong and involves building relationships with SMEs interested in modern management software.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract proposal.
• Pitch Odoo Management Software to SMEs dissatisfied with their current tools.
• Analyse customers’ business needs, pain points and propose tailored product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, maintaining direct contact with the customer throughout.
• Participate in occasional business events and client visits in Sri Lanka.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a target‑driven mindset.
• 1‑3 years of experience handling an end‑to‑end sales cycle, preferably in software or technology.
• Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP/CRM platform.
