Business Development Manager - Eastern Europe (Remote)

About the role

CODADA is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base across Eastern Europe. Working remotely, you will build and nurture relationships with producers and manufacturers, promoting CODADA’s services and driving new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Eastern European market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers and manufacturers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Present CODADA’s services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Eastern Europe.
• Strong network of contacts within the producer and manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
