Cabin Crew Mentor (Flight Purser - CMFP)

About the role

HK Express is seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Mentor (Flight Purser) to coach and develop its flight attendant team. The mentor will work closely with crew members during monthly flying duties and one day of office duty each month, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to each flight attendant during monthly flying duty and office duty.
• Meet each crew member at least once a year to support integration into the company culture.
• Deliver constructive feedback, performance evaluations, and tailored improvement plans for under‑performing staff.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and expectations.
• Organise team‑building activities and regular engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate open communication, collaboration, and mutual support within the crew.
• Collaborate with AMCC and CCM teams to align crew goals with corporate objectives.
• Track overall crew performance, generate reports, and raise any people or performance issues to senior management.
• Disseminate company information and perform ad‑hoc support duties, including flying duty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of aviation industry experience in a supervisory role, preferably with 2 years of flying experience at HK Express.
• Strong ability to inspire, build trust, and earn respect among crew members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Effective prioritisation, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
