Captain – Food & Beverage Service Lead

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Captain to lead food and beverage service in our western‑style dining venues. You will ensure smooth daily operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the Society and terrace areas.
• Serve food and beverage to guests in a western dining setting.
• Act as the main communicator between the kitchen, management, and wait staff.
• Keep dining staff informed of restaurant policies, daily specials, and menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure tableware and silverware are properly set and clean.
• Handle assigned tasks across all Yulan Group locations as needed.
• Perform any duties assigned by the Hotel Management Team.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
