Chef de Partie – Grill (Poolside Restaurant / Tiffin Buffet / Steakhouse)

About the role

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to lead the grill station across its poolside restaurant, Tiffin buffet, and steakhouse outlets. You will work in a vibrant, luxury hotel environment, delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect each outlet’s concept while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grill items to meet the outlet’s style and guest expectations.
• Maintain service excellence and maximize guest satisfaction through consistent food quality.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and comply with ISO 22000 food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timing and presentation of dishes.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene practices, food preparation techniques, and cooking procedures.
• Team‑player with good communication skills.
• Passionate about building a career in a high‑end culinary environment.
