Join Mercer’s Career Consulting team in Hong Kong as a Compensation Consulting Analyst. This entry‑level, hybrid role supports clients in designing and implementing reward programs that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial and compensation data against market benchmarks using Excel modeling.
• Create exhibits comparing market and client compensation data and ensure data accuracy.
• Research public filings, develop peer groups, and run reports with Mercer’s technology.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support seminar and workshop tasks under senior supervision.

Required profile

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, HR or accounting (preferred).
• Proactive, able to meet tight deadlines and work flexibly with different seniors.
• Strong team spirit and high learnability.

Required skills

• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
