Component Inspector

About the role

The Component Inspector is responsible for sorting, repairing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic hardware such as servers, network equipment, computers, and spare parts. The role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products meet specifications and technical issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, repair, test, and hands‑on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including servers, network equipment, computers, and spare parts.
• Configure products to meet customer specifications and generate discrepancy reports.
• Provide technical support to customers and act as a liaison with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Address inventory specification issues and update relevant departments.
• Assist Operations and other departments as needed while adhering to ESD, quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience assembling or testing IT hardware, preferably Dell or HP.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
