Consultant, Retirement Pension Consulting

About the role

Join Marsh’s Wealth team in Hong Kong as a Consultant focusing on retirement pension and long‑term benefit schemes. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Value liabilities related to pension and long‑term severance benefits under Hong Kong, South Korea and Philippines regimes.
• Lead or support M&A due diligence, retirement benefit reviews, benchmarking projects and ad‑hoc benefit initiatives.
• Provide actuarial consulting, project management and client management to help corporate sponsors balance cost and coverage.
• Conduct research and analytics to shape local market views and support new business development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to industry surveys and marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Finance or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in retirement pension consulting.
• Strong communication, analytical and technical abilities, with experience handling large data sets.
• Self‑motivated, able to plan tasks, estimate timelines and manage workload independently.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
