Consultant / Senior Consultant - Private Equity Due Diligence

About the role

Roland Berger, a global German-founded consultancy with 2,400 employees across 35 countries, is hiring a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Hong Kong. You will serve investor clients, with the majority of your work focused on private equity due diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve investor clients, mainly through private equity due diligence work
• Work in teams to carry out market research and analysis that produce industry outlooks and market insights
• Carry out specialized financial analysis on potential acquisitions
• Interview clients
• Prepare and deliver verbal and written reports of your findings

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience at private equity or consulting/research firms, with exposure to private equity or due diligence or other aspects of financial markets is a great advantage
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic record; MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree preferred
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
